1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The plants arrive damaged or in poor condition due to shipping issues.
  • You receive the wrong order or incorrect plant variety.
  • The plants fail to meet the quality standards as described at the time of purchase.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of plants once they have been delivered. However, we may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  • A brief description of the issue

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Plants that have been mishandled or improperly cared for after delivery.
  • Orders where incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier (unless the delay results in plant damage).

4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method. If you prefer, we can also issue store credit or send a replacement plant at no additional cost.
